Ingredients
60ml Sparkling wine
60ml Soda water
Mint leaves
Lime wedge
Method
1. Combine St-Germain Elderflower Liqueur, sparkling wine and soda water in a spritz glass over ice.
2. Stir and garnish with mint leaves and a wedge of lime.

20ml Fresh Lime Juice

Method
1. Combine the St‑Germain, Tequila and fresh lime juice into a shaker.
2. Add ice into the shaker and shake vigorously until it is nicely chilled.
3. Strain into a rocks glass filled with ice and garnish with a lime wedge.
