This spirit is from Windsor & Eton, dubbed Curfew! Bourbon has been shipped over from the US to the folks in Windsor, and the liquid was then finished in Windsor oak, as well as cherry and maple wood. While it's not legally a whiskey, it does boast notes of wood spice and toffee.
Notes of sultana, oak spice and maple syrup, along with red fruit and toffee.
