Wihayo

Soju is one of the most popular alcoholic beverages in South Korea, though its popularity is slowly spreading further afield. Wihayo Soju comes from The Netherlands, created by long-running Dutch distillers Herman Jansen and author Nathalie Ji Yun. The rice that makes up the core of the spirit is milled in a windmill that dates back to 1785 - Korean and Dutch traditional meeting head-on here! If you can get your hands on it, try Wihayo Soju with some yuzu tonic.
A clean, soft flavour with a smooth finish and a touch of jenever.
