“I’m a huge whiskey and stout drinker. Went to Ireland and asked around if there were any decent whiskeys that had been finished in stout casks, everyone kept recommending this. They’ve changed their name (thank you political correctness!) but the taste is still just as incredible! Initial smell is just like a freshly poured famous Irish Stout brand. Taste in deep, chocolatey but not too sweet, almost a slight coffee element. A very easy drinker poured over ice.”

Born Irish is a spirit drink made with a combination of triple distilled Irish whiskey drawn from deeply-charred casks and Irish stout. Expect notes of coffee, chocolate, and warming oaky spices from this one. You can serve it simply by itself, or with cola (plus an orange wedge and plenty of ice), and the producers even say you can try it with a few drops of Tabasco sauce.
