The Cornish Distilling Co. presents its first spirit, Kalkar, which takes its name from the Cornish word for 'weever fish', a reference to Head Distiller Tom Read's life-guarding days.
This coffee spirit was created with just four ingredients, including single origin origin cold brew coffee from Falmouth’s Origin Coffee Roasters in Nicaragua, as well as Cornish white rum (actually distilled in Cornwall!), water and a little raw sugar cane. This beauty looks set to be a lot of people's new favourite way to make a mean Espresso Martini.
Fresh espresso and chocolate leads before notes of pineapple and orange peel emerge. A little cinnamon and black pepper complements a touch of creamy vanilla later on.

Nice quality product in a great bottle. This stuff is pretty dam fine mixed with milk. Not cheap but worth it
