A traditional Mayan tipple here from Siglo Cera, Pox (pronounced 'posh') is a Mexican spirit made from yellow, red, black and white corn, wheat and sugarcane! Produced in Chiapas, the trio of ingredients are first fermented for at least a week before being distilled. Traditionally, it’s not unusual to chew a coffee bean before taking a sip of Pox, so we'll definitely be trying that!
