Their Spice 94 expression is based around allspice, cardamom, grapefruit, lemon and oak - their recommended serve is:
50ml Seedlip Spice 94
125ml Tonic Water
Serve over ice with a red grapefruit twist
Warming (almost Christmas-y) notes of nutmeg and clove, with a balancing sweetness of fresh citrus.

At last a grown up drink for non-drinkers! Because I am on meds that limit my alcohol intake it is great to have something other than just sparkling water or sugary fruit/fizzy drinks. It doesn't taste like gin, but then it isn't meant to! (and not meant to be drunk neat!) Though you do drink it like gin, ie with tonic. I also like mine with a twist of orange peel or lemon if I have no oranges or grapefruit.
Was a bit shocked at first as I think I was expecting it to taste like gin (turns out there's no juniper)- but after a couple of sips I'm a convert. The spicy cardamon clovey notes when mixed with tonic means this is really sippable (as opposed to my usual orange juice and lemonade I tend to gulp down if i'm the driver) and I don't miss the alcohol. Tried it with ginger beer as well. Plus no hangover!
