A herbaceous non-alcoholic spirit from the Seedlip range. Somewhat similar to gin, Seedlip's inventive expressions are based around the distilled non-alcoholic remedies found in The Art of Distilling (written in 1651), made using copper stills and careful selections of botanicals, but no alcohol whatsoever. Seedlip Garden 108 is made with hay, pea, rosemary, spearmint, and thyme.
Try Seedlip Garden 108 with elderflower tonic, served over ice with a cucumber ribbon.
Grassy at first, with herbaceous notes of thyme and rosemary standing out.
Bought 3 bottles of this and was surprised of the very minor subtle flavour when drank with soda. Drank some on its own and it has the most minimal flavour. Save your money and just drink water with a bit of rosemary and herbs in it’s instead. This is most likely a flavoured water more than a non alcoholic spirit. As a big gin drinker I feel this has minimal resemblance. I will be reselling the other 2 unopened bottles I have. Review based purely on the product.
I needed a drink but couldn't have anything alcohol so went back to this bottle bought by my daughter. I tried it neat to see what to drink it with. Unfortunately tap water in some areas of the UK has more taste. In fact vodka has more taste but I can't drink that tonight.
Dreadful! Has very little taste and costs more than gin. A complete wase of money.
I tried it as a replacement of whiskey but it did not fulfill expectations.
This drink is by far the worst thing I have ever tasted, it was a present I also got the tonic to go with it, even worse the aftertaste is horrible I will drink the tonic on its own as it’s lovely, don’t buy this drink it’s terrible and very expensive, doesn’t resemble Gin at all
