A herbaceous non-alcoholic spirit from the Seedlip range. Somewhat similar to gin, Seedlip's inventive expressions are based around the distilled non-alcoholic remedies found in The Art of Distilling (written in 1651), made using copper stills and careful selections of botanicals, but no alcohol whatsoever. Seedlip Garden 108 is made with hay, pea, rosemary, spearmint, and thyme.
Try Seedlip Garden 108 with elderflower tonic, served over ice with a cucumber ribbon.
Grassy at first, with herbaceous notes of thyme and rosemary standing out.
Worst drink ever. Water with a bit of lemon flavor and all that for £20. Not worth buying. Get a fresh lemon and squeeze it in some water and you have the same drink. Really disappointed!!!
Stunningly awful. Essence of pea.
Beautiful served in diet lemonade and ice for diabetics
You’ll have to be mad to buy this more than one time. Tastewise you’ll be better off with a coldbrewed tea or whatever.
In one word ... revolting. But seriously, it smells really grassy and all I could taste was bitterness - perhaps it was the standard tonic I had with it, but I'm not in a hurry to try it again.
