Salcombe New London Light Midnight Sun
A fascinating variation of Salcombe's New London Light non-alcoholic spirit, with a Nordic twist to it. Midnight Sun, named after the natural phenomenon where the sun is visible throughout the night in some Nordic regions, this expression features a host of botanicals including hand-picked seaberries and elderberries alongside kelp and pine. The resulting flavour profile shows off a wonderful balance between the brightness of the fruit and the savoury hints of the kelp and pine, with coastal notes popping up along the way. Wonderful served with tonic, or in a non-alcoholic Highball.
Plus, Salcombe will be donating 27p for each bottle sold to the Marine Conservation Society to help protect and regenerate seagrass!
