Midnight Sun, named after the natural phenomenon where the sun is visible throughout the night in some Nordic regions, this expression features a host of botanicals including hand-picked seaberries and elderberries alongside kelp and pine. The resulting flavour profile shows off a wonderful balance between the brightness of the fruit and the savoury hints of the kelp and pine, with coastal notes popping up along the way. Wonderful served with tonic, or in a non-alcoholic Highball.
