From the Salcombe Distilling Co. folks down on the south west coast comes a fantastic non-alcoholic spirit - New London Light 'First Light'. Eschewing alcohol but definitely not eschewing flavour, this expression brings together juniper, ginger and habanero, alongside 15 more hand-picked botanicals, including the likes of orange, sage, cardamom and lemongrass. Wonderfully versatile, New London Light is great for using in mixed drinks (as you might expect, it does very well with tonic garnish with a slice of fresh orange and a sage leaf) as well as non-alcoholic cocktails.
