Salcombe New London Light Aegean Sky
From the Salcombe Distilling Co.'s New London Light range of non-alcoholic spirits comes Aegean Sky, inspired by Mediterranean flavours and golden horizons. The stars of the show here are the bold citrus notes as well as the savoury olive elements – its botanicals include the likes of kumquat, bergamot, rosemary, olive, blood orange, rosehip, and more. Loads of flavour to savoury here, perfect for your alcohol-free serves. It does particularly well with tonic, or in a Spritz.
What's more, the Salcombe team is donating 27p for each bottle sold to Marine Conservation Society to help protect and regenerate seagrass!
Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Tangy orange and lemon, with a twist of savoury green olive building in the background. Herbaceous notes develop, though citrus sweetness remains at its core.
