This right here is a bottle of its New Make Spirit, produced from malted barley grown in the surrounding Somerset and Wiltshire countryside. With splendid notes of delicate fruit and rounded malt, it should work excellently in all manner of cocktails, and we're excited to see what the future holds with regards to some aged expressions in the future!
