Bottled alongside a 100% Corn and a 100% Wheat expression, these three spirits combine to make the Reservoir Bourbon, meaning you can taste them separately and all together - which we think is awesome.

Cinnamon leads in a plethora of drying spice which provide a backdrop hints of tomato juice, plenty of grassy rye grain and a lick of sticky toffee.
The classic, chewy rye notes arrive on the palate, with milk chocolate undertones, strong wood elements, more drying spice and an earthy quality.
A malty finish finds room for flickers of cinnamon.
A really, really delicious dram. Just so enjoyable.
