Proper Whiskey
The Proper No. Twelve Irish whiskey brand has expanded with an apple-infused blended whiskey. Former Bushmills distillery manager David Elder was on hand to develop the recipe for this flavoured expression, which was bottled at 35% abv. It can be enjoyed neat, over ice, in a cocktail or, taken as a straight shot.
Crisp green apple, caramel, subtle spice.
Beats pretty much all the competition out there, apart from Crown Royal Peach.
