A suitably green addition to the Lyre's range of alcohol-free spirits, here we have a Absinthe weighing in at 0% ABV! All of your classic bitter notes of wormwood, fennel and liquorice can still be found, just without the traditionally eye-watering ABV that's usually associated with the spirit.
Notes of anise and liquorice root, with lemon blossom and dried kitchen herbs, rounded off by fennel seed and bitter, earthy wormwood.
Quite subtle in taste, but does have an after-burn. Enjoyed without a mixer.
