Leegangju
A characterful Korean rice wine, made with rice, water, and Korean nuruk yeast. Unlike Japanese sake, which is made with koji, nuruk offers a different array of aromas and complexities. It's also made with whole rice grains rather than polished rice, bringing a fuller, grain-led profile when compared to the crisper profile of rice wines like sake.
Subtle rice sweetness, delicate notes of fragrant pears and plums, crisp and dry on the finish.
