Keepr's Smoked Honey Bourbon
The wonderful folks at Keepr's have made use of their beehives once again, and crafted this Smoked Honey Bourbon spirit! Because it's had honey added to it, it's not legally a whisky, but it was distilled in Florida and aged for 18 months in American white oak. Then, it was shipped over to England where Keepr's rested the spirit in bourbon-seasoned casks for three months. Finally, it was blended with Cotswold water and infused with Keepr's very own British honey. A delightful balance of sweet and smoky in this one!

Silky honey and lively oak spice, with oaky vanilla, a layer of fragrant smoke, oak char, butterscotch and plump sultana.
