A full-strength blend of Caribbean rums (Jamaica and Martinique) has been de-alcoholised here by using supercritical CO2 extraction, in which carbon dioxide extracts the alcohol. This is done at a low temperature to preserve as much of the natural profile of the rum as possible, which is bolstered by vanilla from the Sava region of Madagascar, Indonesian nutmeg, and baked apple.
Caramel, vanilla, and spicy, sweet hints of nutmeg.



Absolutely amazing drink. I mix it with ice and some vanilla syrup with fresh lime. Honestly feels like a real alcoholic drink.
Quoted as being 0% alcohol and label on back in tiny print states 0.05% . Glad I read the tiny print before opening the bottle.
