With a commitment to sustainability and traditional production methods, this agave spirit (or 'Destilado de Agave') is made with blue weber agave – though cannot be called a Tequila (only certain varieties of blue weber are certified to make Tequila). Only mature agave is used to create this spirit, so it's full of rich, sweet agave notes that help it really shine in cocktails.
