Highland Boundary Birch & Elderflower
It's the inaugural release from Highland Boundary, a Birch & Elderflower Scottish spirit. The distillery lies on the Highland Boundary Fault, hence the name. Committed to preserving the surrounding landscape, botanicals are hand-foraged from the Perthshire woodlands near the distillery, including birch buds and elderflowers. An incredibly versatile spirit, try it straight over ice or work it into a long cocktail, it'll be fab however you choose!

Initially crisp and fresh, smooth and creamy vanilla fades into a complex balance of bitter and sweet that is rounded and warm, while delicate floral tones appear on the long finish.
