Herbarium Distillation 8 — Floral Herbs is an alcohol-free spirit created to enjoy in place of gin in a Gin & Tonic. It's made in small batches by Herbarium Drinks from botanicals including rosemary, lemongrass, lavender, and hints of pink pepper. There's not just no alcohol in this, but no added sugar, sweeteners or flavouring, as well as no colourings. To serve, pour a 25ml measure and simply add 150-200ml of your favourite chilled tonic. Add ice and a citrus slice.
