I just want to say that I really did approach this with an open mind. I’m fully aware that dropping something which has a minimum 40% abv to 0% will obviously have a fairly drastic impact on flavour but what with me going through a 3-month stint of sobriety I have missed the ritual of pouring myself a whisky after putting my daughter to bed so thought I’d give this a try. What I can say to this is “drink” is I’ve took one for the team as it’s beyond bad. The closest thing I can compare it to is cough medicine. It’s thin, syrupy and sickly and the second it hit my tongue I knew I’d made a horrifyingly bad purchase. Please, for the love of all that is good do not buy this! If you’re currently on the wagon, stick to an evening mug of Horlicks. Believe me, you’ll be better off.
