FEW 2 Year Old (That Boutique-y Bourbon Company)
2 year old bourbon from the FEW Spirit craft distillery in Evanston, Illinois, independently bottled by That Boutique-y Bourbon Company. It looks like founder Paul Hletko is having a spot of bother in his distillery, but Michael Vachon from Maverick Drinks is on the way to help! Or is he running away...? He's running, never-the-less.
Batch 4 is a release of 105 bottles.
‘That Boutique-y Whisky Company’ bottles single malts, single grains, blended malts, single grains, bourbons and blends from a variety of renowned distilleries. These whiskies are adorned with cultish graphic-novel-style labels.

Nose
Caramelised apple, charred oak and cassia.
Palate
Rich red fruit, peppercorn, salted caramel, mince pie filling.
Finish
Sawdust, salted butter on corn, toasted teacakes.
