Members-Only is an experimental spirit from innovative drinks producers, Empirical. Made from a combination of pearl barley and pilsner malt, which has been inoculated with koji before fermentation using Belgian Saison yeast. The spirit was vacuum distilled before maturing in virgin European oak.
