The fascinating Charlene McGee was created by combining a single botanical gin like eau de vie made from Empirical Spirits' own in-house koji spirit (produced with Naked Barley, Pearled Barley and Pilsner Malt) and juniper that was smoked over juniper wood and then lightly crushed.
