A box set of three 20cl bottles of new make malt spirit from the Cotswolds Distillery! As they wait for it to age for at least three years in oak casks (so it can legally be classified a whisky), they've given us a taste of the spirit. One bottle features completely unaged malt spirit (63.5% ABV), one bottle features malt spirit which has been aged in an Oloroso Sherry cask (62.4% ABV) for 5 months and the final bottle features malt spirit briefly aged in a red wine cask for 10 months (63% ABV)!
