Copper Rivet Son of a Gun

The Copper Rivet distillery in Kent is up and running, with a selection of interesting treats for us to sink our teeth in to - as well as a whisky in the works (it'll take a little while to mature, hold your horses)! The Son of a Gun is an intriguing spirit made from a trio of grains distilled in Copper Rivet's pot still, then briefly aged in oak before bottling.

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Light vanilla and raspberry, carried on quite a creamy spirit. Some hints of sharp green apple and kumquat.
