An intriguing find for agave aficionados, this spirit is distilled from 100% green agave in Venezuela! The agave is baked in stone ovens and fermented with natural yeast before distillation, and this reposado expression is then rested in old Canadian oak barrels for up to eight months.
Smooth and elegant on the nose, hints of water chestnut followed by gentle dark chocolate and tobacco: the palate reveals delicate vanilla, butter sweetness and molasses finishing with subtle smokiness.
