This Venezuelan agave spirit is produced in much the same way as its cousins in Mexico, distilled from 100% green agave baked in stone ovens, and fermented with natural yeast. A fascinating find for explorers of the agave category!
Intense and concentrated on the nose yet smooth and complex on the palate; Herbaceous, hints of wild fennel with delicate eucalyptus; Mineral, green saltiness with gentle liquorice and black pepper, finishing with a touch of sweetness, hints of tropical fruits and cut-bamboo.
