This New Make Spirit shows us what goes into the casks for maturation, to eventually become whisky. It packs a punch at 63.5% ABV, but it displays some fabulous creamy barley character – should be an interesting expression for and Bladnoch and Lowland whisky aficionados! Also, a fab way to bring some malt character to your cocktails without any woody cask influence.
Creamy, with fruity wafts of banana and melon, sweet barley, gently floral with a peppery minerality.
