One of two Cold-Infused, Cold-Distilled Coffee in this batch made with beans from the Yirgacheffe district of Ethiopia. However, this one have been made with Ethiopia Yirgacheffe Chelba Washed, resulting in a distinctive flavour profile highlighted by citrus and pudding-like notes throughout.
The Batshit Mental Ideas Cold-Infused, Cold-Distilled Coffees are made by roasting, cold-macerating and cold-distilling the beans in a short amount of time, which preserves the higher acidic compounds that make freshly-roasted, fresh-ground coffee taste phenomenal. Very exciting stuff if you love coffee and want to experience it in a new, slightly bonkers way.

Sweet pastry, fragrant and biscuity coffee grounds, foam bananas, lemon curd and sweeter citrus notes.
Palate
Banoffee pie and tiramisu with grapefruit hints.
Finish
Tiramisu and lavender.
Overall
