This particular expression is made with Costa Rica Finca Arbar El Oasis Red Honey Caturra beans, grown at an altitude of 1600m. To capture all the yummy compounds that make fresh-roasted, fresh-ground coffee taste fantastic, the beans are roasted, cold-macerated and cold-distilled in a matter of days.
