Barti
Barti Spiced from The Pembrokeshire Beach Food Company is a blend of Caribbean rums spiced with notes of vanilla, cloves and orange and a special ingredient: Pembrokeshire laver seaweed, also known as Welshman's caviar. As it's bottled at 35% ABV, it can't technically be called a spiced rum, due to laws and that. The name derives from a famous Pembrokeshire Pirate, 'Barti Ddu', or in English 'Black Bart'.
Warm, rich baking spices, marmalade, and a wave of coastal saltiness.
Orange zest persists through cardamom, cloves and ginger, while toffee apples, vanilla and the faintest hint of red cola cubes provide an interesting back-drop.
Medium length, very smooth and a beautiful and interesting blend of spice and salinity.

This was the first spiced rum I ever tried and being a non spirit drinker this was a revelation! It has an amazing cola aroma and a few flavour to match; perfect for me with just some ice
Not a rum drinker but this is superb!!!
I was introduced to this on the rocks and it was extra special. I wouldn’t ruin it with a mixer maybe a slice of citrus. First class Rum
A great rum
Christmas in a bottle - love this Rum neat over ice
