A well sherried Balcones single malt spirit bottled by That Boutique-y Malt Company, what a treat! It's the third batch of wonderful Balcones spirit, and this expression has been Oloroso-sherry-cask-aged for two years. It boasts quite the striking amber hue, complementing the literally hellish scene on the label. Kudos to the The Brimstone Cowboys for carrying on the Hell 'n' Back tour for this long, and it looks like their demonic onlookers have decided to give them some sustenance in the form of some delicious sherry. Very rock 'n' roll.

Rich cherry jam straight off the bat, supported by cinnamon, ginger and a generous helping of oak spice, with aromas of well sherried dried fruit, brand new leather and just a hint of engine oil.
Very smooth, delicate and light with cinnamon and oak spice, peaches and cream drizzled with honey, dark, ripe plum and a hint of toasted cashew.
Fresh apricot, toasted oak, raisins and even more baking spices return on the finish, which develops into lingering rich and creamy vanilla note which coats the mouth.
