We bet you can guess what the star flavour in Bacardi Coconut is! To create the spirit drink (its ABV isn't high enough to legally be called a rum), a base of white rum is infused with natural coconut essence, for a sweet and slightly creamy undertone. This will certainly be a fab pairing with pineapple juice for a simple serve, or use in place of any other white rum in cocktails.
Lots of tropical fruit and a hint of white pepper, all supported by dominant, creamy coconut.
Not the greatest coconut rum in the world, but so far ahead in the game than something like Malibu that it's hard to believe there meant to be similar.
