We bet you can guess what the star flavour in Bacardi Coconut is! To create the spirit drink (its ABV isn't high enough to legally be called a rum), a base of white rum is infused with natural coconut essence, for a sweet and slightly creamy undertone. This will certainly be a fab pairing with pineapple juice for a simple serve, or use in place of any other white rum in cocktails.
