Atopia
This is the Wild Blossom expression from the Atopia "ultra-low alcohol" spirit range from William Grant & Sons, created by the Hendrick's master distiller, Lesley Gracie. Made with a combination of distillation and extraction techniques, the Atopia spirits weigh in at just 0.5% ABV. This one features flavours of apple and lavender, plus an infusion of applewood smoke.
The apple notes are clear and crisp, while florals build out the flavour profile in the background. Smoke is very subtle, but builds on the finish.
