A marvellous non-alcoholic aperitif from South Africa, produced as part of the Abstinence range. Blood orange is the star of the show here, alongside African wormwood, cinchona bark, allspice, and clove. Will do wonders in an alcohol-free Spritz, low ABV cocktails, or perhaps even simply sipped over plenty of ice with a few hearty slices of fresh citrus chucked in for good measure.
Powerful orange notes, with juicy sweetness and bitter peels melding together. A kick of peppery spice builds in the background.
I like to drink this with cold zero sparkling wine as there is a good combination between sweet and sharp.
