A blend of sweet potato and rice is fermented and one-shot distilled in traditional style yielding a soft and flowing Shochu, prior to cask-ageing for 3 full years.
Absolutely delicious - no rough-edges whatsoever, and the sweet potato makes its presence known with the vanilla-rich cask notes poking their head through. Yam-tastic.
