Kanpai Tori Sake 75cl

Tori, meaning 'bird', is a limited edition British sake. It's produced once a year, in a single tank from Yamada Nishiki rice (sourced from Hyogo, Japan - polishing 45%) and brewed slowly at a very low temperature with MEIRI Japanese sake yeast to harness more delicate flavours. Fewer than 500 bottles are made from each batch, which sits within the infamous junmai daiginjo categorisation. Kanpai recommends enjoying at 10C with seafood, as an aperitif or during special occasions.
