Created following traditional low and slow brewing, it's designed for contemporary session drinking, and can be enjoyed both warm or chilled (45°C or 10°C are the suggested serving temperatures). It's brewed from Japanese Gohyakumangoku rice, 70% polished and fermented with Japanese sake yeast for a versatile, delicately savoury profile that'll work well with smoky barbecued food or seafood, and ought to add an interesting element to cocktails.
