Kanpai Kaze Junmai Ginjo Sake 75cl

Peckham probably doesn't come to mind when you think of sake, but that's exactly where Tom & Lucy, founders of KANPAI, set up the UKs first sake brewery and taproom. Kaze Junmai Ginjo is made only from rice, koji, yeast, and water, with no added alcohol, preservatives, or sulphites. The rice used in this sake is polished to 60%, so alongside delicate tropical fruit notes, you'll find some sweet, rice character. Enjoy this chilled, paired with all manner of balanced dishes.
