What happens when you take funky, sweet, and tropical Jamaican rum and add tart, ripe English apples? You have apples floating in rum, at least you do when we did it. Wildjac is much more professional, however, and so made this Jamaican-aged apple spiced rum, perfect for the turning weather and cosy nights in. Make a hot toddy with some cloudy apple juice by a roaring fire and you're in rummy heaven, my friend.
Green apples complimented by ginger, cardamon, banoffee pie, and a twist of citrus.

Tried on an impulse, goes well on it's own or with a Fever Tree ginger beer. Might have to try with ice-cream!
