A blend of Demerara rums from Guyana. The rums are matured in Guyana before blending.
A thick, syrupy rum with notes of spice and molasses, a little acetone and a buttery mouthfeel.

I picked this up initially by accident, meaning to purchase Watson's Trawler Rum, but I'm very glad that I did. Typical dark rum with a strong note of molasses, along with a nice and syrupy mouthfeel. The rum has a lovely sweetness that is not sickly, with a taste of vanilla. Since purchasing it, it has now become my regular rum, I particularly recommend that it is taken with Barr Cola as the two seem to work perfectly together. A fantastic rum that is not seen much, but if you stumble across it then I would highly recommend that you pick up a bottle.
Another excellent demerara rum that gives great value for money. I would always consider this one when buying a bottle. Interestingly I buy mine from my local TB Watsons (no relation) which has great selection of rums (and amazing selection of whiskies).
I used to drink watsons 15up or 125(if flush) 40 years ago. One sat night me and a friend drove from filey at 12 noon to Aberdeen and by 10pm we had demolished a litre of watsons.
I used to drink Watsons when I was a young man. Today 40 odd years later I still desire the taste and excitement of those days gone by. I find that in the glass that is Watsons. Long may it last. Thanks for those memories Ernie
