From the historic Uitvlugt distillery in Guyana, this rum was distilled in 1999, just a year before the distillery closed down for good in 2000. Produced in the distillery's famed wooden pot still, this expression rested for 26 years in an ex-rum cask, which yielded an outturn of 184 cask strength bottles when it was cracked open by Wealth Solutions for The Colours of Rum collection.
