Overproof Spiced Pineapple Rum from Two Drifters over in Devon is packed full of tropical influence thanks to its infusion of fresh pineapple. It's also infused with upcycled cacao husks from UK chocolatiers, adding a subtle chocolatey depth and warming hue, further bolstered by its high strength of 60% ABV. You'll certainly want to mix this one, and we reckon ginger beer would serve it very well.
