Really lovely rum, fantastic on ice or in a rum old fashioned! The Pepper Dulse infusion makes for an interesting point of difference.
Leaving a friends a house knowing I am a Rum collector and drinker he Handed me this bottle on the the way out, well hear I am sampeling this dfferent style pepper seaweed and smoked mixture which comes through slowly which hits the back of the pallet, a sippin Rum yes with good legs and delicate. This tasting was with ice only just to open the ixture up.
