
The folks at The Spirit of Garstang named this rum after their ancestor, John ‘Swift Nick’ Nevison – a notorious, but non-violent 17th century highwayman! Imported Guyanese rum is infused with botanicals such as clove-studded orange, hawthorn berries, Sichuan pepper, and tonka bean before distilling for a second time, creating a botanical spiced rum. Versatile for all manner of mixers, we're opting for ginger ale, garnished with plenty of lime.
